We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

Section 8 - Shipping

We ship within Ireland only. Delivery takes 4 to 9 business days from the date of order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Section 20 - Refund and Return Details

Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email info@ingridco.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to the original payment method. No restocking fees apply.
