Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free within Ireland. There is no minimum order amount.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. All transactions are SSL encrypted for your security.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, for a total of 4 to 9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Ingrid & Co is an online men's fashion store based in Ireland, offering a carefully selected range of pants, tops, and jackets.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us at info@ingridco.com as soon as possible. We can only make adjustments before your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Ireland only.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@ingridco.com with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
