Shipping policy

Ingrid & Co ships to addresses within Ireland. All orders ship free with no minimum order amount.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Our order cut-off time is 17:00 GMT+1, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Total delivery time from order to doorstep is 4 to 9 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Use this to follow your shipment.

Shipping Destinations

At this time we ship within Ireland only.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at info@ingridco.com and we will investigate.
